Interact provides their users with a solution to engage with customers and provide useful insights through quizzes. Their mission is to humanize a robotic industry and make people feel heard. We want to the relationship between brands and their customers to be closer together.
Keeping the visuals simple, clean, and approachable will keep it aligned with the brand. Using shapes and grids but adding color and texture will keep it unique without distracting from the overall functionality and messaging. Illustrations with modern lines and geometric shapes will bring a friendliness to the tone.

Develop a Human-Centered Brand Strategy: Position Interact as an approachable, dependable solution for digital entrepreneurs who value meaningful connections with their audience.
Redesign the Website Experience: Create an intuitive website that highlights Interact’s value while improving usability for their audience.
Strengthen Marketing Materials: Ensure all visuals and messaging align with the new brand identity while driving conversions and engagement.

Brand Strategy Development
Using the research, I developed a brand strategy that positioned Interact as a platform that empowers users to engage authentically.
Positioning Statement:
"We provide high-converting audience insights with human connection and dependability, helping digital entrepreneurs gain meaningful insights while staying authentic."
Tone & Personality:
Personality Archetypes: Everyman (80%), Sage (20%)
Tone of Voice: Friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
Brand Values: Connection, authenticity, and empowerment.
Visual Strategy:
Soft, approachable color palettes (e.g., pinks and blues) to evoke trust and friendliness.
Geometric illustrations with modern lines to balance professionalism with warmth.
Website Redesign
Objective: Design an intuitive and visually compelling website that seamlessly guides users through understanding Interact’s platform and signing up.
User Journey Mapping: I mapped the ideal customer journey from landing on the homepage to publishing a quiz, identifying friction points and simplifying navigation.
Information Architecture: Added the "human" to the structure to focus on three key areas: Features, Pricing, and Success Stories.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Designed low-fidelity wireframes for key pages, such as the homepage, features page, and pricing page.
Created interactive prototypes and tested them with a small user group to validate layout and flow.
UI Design:
Designed a clean and modern interface that highlighted key actions
Ensured all pages were responsive, optimizing for mobile, tablet, and desktop users.
Marketing & Product Design
I created marketing materials to support Interact’s campaigns and brand growth:
Campaign Landing Pages: Designed high-converting pages for campaigns
Custom Illustrations: Developed unique visuals that aligned with the brand’s friendly and approachable tone.
Social Media Assets: Created branded templates for Instagram and Pinterest to drive engagement and awareness.
